Ellen welcomed Coss Marte, the founder of ConBody, a fitness boot camp that hires formerly incarcerated individuals. He shared his story of his time in prison, where he decided to get in shape and work out in his cell. He ended up not only losing 70 pounds, but helped his fellow inmates lose weight too. He talked about how he had an entire game plan to start his own business upon his release, and now he has trained thousands of people and hired many employees who have come out of the prison system. Coss also taught Ellen and tWitch a few of ConBody's signature exercises. And, to help continue his growing business, Ellen and her friends at TisBest gave him a check for $15,000!
