3 Footwork Drills that will Surprise your Opponents

While Footwork is usually one of the less popular topics in martial arts, it's proper use can yield HUGE effects on your fighting. Here are three drills to set a rhythm and then break it to surprise your opponents. Let me know your favorite Drills below!

If you have seen the fencing session of Federico Malagutti and Martin Fabian or watched Robert Childs videos, there should be something familiar in here as well ;-)

HEMA (Historical european martial arts) or historical fencing is a fairly new and evolving sport that focuses on recreating the martial arts of days long gone by studying old fencing manuals. That and playing with swords of course. ;-) If you would like to learn sword fighting, this is a great hobby to pick up!
