If you're interested, here is the recipe I used to make Pavlova:
Meringue:
3 large egg whites
3/4 cup fine sugar (if you go by weight the ratio is 1part egg white : 2 parts sugar)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch

Icing:
200 ml whipping cream
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
Any fruit of your choice
The meringue itself is already very sweet so adjust the sweetness of the icing according to your taste.
Pavlova can be tricky to make so for best results I recommend watching video tutorials for the procedure on how to make. I would love to know how yours turn out if you decide to give it a try. Enjoy!
