I chat with friend and fellow Mental Health Professional and Pagan, Crystal Blanton, LCSW. We talk about the how mainstream beliefs and mental health interact, and what are the concerns for those who practice alternate beliefs system. Crystal talks about her activism work. We discussed the presence of Spirituality presence in mental health and some ways we can use the alternate beliefs to work with clients. This leads us to talk about generational trauma and healing. Including healing our ancestor and ourselves. Crystal and I also talk about her work being part of the book "Bringing Race to the Table: Exploring Racism in the Pagan Community".
