video thumbnail
Why is it that failure is so negative in today's society? In TEDxYouth@Zurich 2016 Suzie talks about the benefits and importance of failing. With examples from NASA to the Hult Prize, she explains how failure is fundamental to one's growth and learning.

Suzie Boss is a writer and educational consultant who focuses on the power of teaching and learning to improve lives and transform communities. She is the author of several books on education and innovation. She is a regular contributor to Edutopia and the Stanford Social Innovation Review, and a member of the Buck Institute for Education National Faculty. A frequent conference presenter, she consults internationally with schools interested in shifting from traditional instruction to technology-rich, project-based learning.
