This creamy garlic chicken is ready in about 30 minutes. In my opinion, it's good enough to serve company, but it's also one of those dishes that work for a quick weeknight dinner.

3 chicken breasts
1 pack Boursin cheese
300 ml milk
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsap garlic granules
250 gr mushrooms
1 knob of butter
chopped parsley to garnish
Pasta of your choice, cooked according to the package.
