Hip hop music has introduced numerous innovators to the world stage, but unfortunately it has seen nearly as many stars (both established and rising) die early, due to violence, disease, or misadventure. While all of these passings are unfortunate, some are more tragic than others, perhaps due to their suddenness or the youth of the artist involved. We'll follow some of rap's most tragic deaths from the 90's until today. Of course, there are other stories we could have chosen, but these lives in particular seemed ready to produce more and greater art than what had already been accomplished. These are rappers who suffered tragic deaths.
