t took almost a year to break 250 downloads per episode of #thePOZcast.
I could have quit and succumbed to pod fade. But I didn't because I love doing it. My audience did, too, and they continued to support me. I kept honing my craft, listening to feedback, and improving as a host. But then something clicked: the right people were listening: Potential Clients. So I started booking them on the show, and it became a BD driver. My podcast brand started to become synonymous with my recruitment firm, NHP Talent Group. My brand. One fed the other and opened up opportunities for both. It was magic. I love talking about recruitment and the art of podcasting.
