video thumbnail
Often times those who experience abuse in their childhood don’t begin recovering from the psychological wounds until much later in life. Trauma related pop ups / episodes begin to surface sometimes decades after the abuse took place. For a healthier emotional expression, increased self-awareness and more satisfying relationships, therapies such as narrative exposure, CBT, EMDR, DBT, family systems and ACT offer healing and recovery.
