3 pork chitterlings 猪大肠
3 star anise 八角
2 dried chili 辣椒
2 fructus amomi 砂仁
2 Tsaoko 草果
1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn 花椒
1 tsp black pepper 胡椒
1 tsp fennel seeds 小茴香
3 bay leaves 香叶
1 tbsp soybean paste 黄酱
2 tbsp rice wine 料理酒
1.5 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp dark soy sauce 老抽
1 tbsp 南乳汁
1 tsp salt 盐
Ginger 姜
Garlic 蒜
Green onion 葱
芝麻辣油
