In this video I react to the news that in the 2021 budget, the UK Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, announces a new home buyer initiative to help first time buyers get onto the property ladder with only a 5% deposit.

I recorded this slightly before the announcement was made as this was leaked a few days ago, but I describe why it might not be as positive on the surface as it may seem at first glance.
