As self-proclaimed “200-MPH girl," Erika Livingston did not expect to be diagnosed with a heart attack when she woke up one morning with horrible chest and back pain. Having experienced some odd symptoms a few months prior and admittedly ignoring them, Erika encourages other women to know the signs and symptoms of cardiovascular disease and to seek help medical help immediately if they are feeling unwell.
