Experts Try To Explain Rolex's 2023 Watches |
|
Our watch experts George and Ryan are looking back on their 2023 predictions for Rolex, Tudor and Patek Philippe, including who had the best watch releases and what brands left them wanting more.
First up the Rolex new releases in 2023. Ryan's prediction of an updated GMT-Master II bezel color came true, with the new black and gray variation. George agrees that the two-tone version is a well executed design. Half point for Ryan. George nailed the prediction of Rolex using titanium in 2023. One point for George. Finishing up the Rolex 2023 releases, no one had a Daytona update on their list. But as George agrees, the small changes to the 2023 Rolex Daytona were thoughtful and well designed. With so many watches to cover, George and Ryan came in a close tie with their honest Rolex reviews. Next up, Rolex's little brother Tudor. Both George and Ryan were somewhat correct in their prediction of new colors and materials in Tudor's 2023 watches, but no one saw the Black Bay white dial "Pepsi" coming. Finally, Ryan emerges victorious with his correct prediction for Patek Philippe watches in 2023. The idea of a new case material came true in the Calatrava, with a "sport model" version featuring a black carbon inspired dial. Also, George touches on the new aquanaut 2023 release, with it's updated colorway. Were your watch predictions for 2023 correct? Let us know in the comments!
