Another weekend – another gameday – another stadium vlog!

Today I take you to Cologne’s RheinEnergie Stadium, better known as Müngersdorf Stadium.
The home of FC Cologne (1. FC Köln) is well-known to be one of the most atmospheric venues here in Football Germany and their passionate fans belong in the group of the most enthusiastic supporters in DFB country.
My club Union Berlin is in town and and round about 1000 supporters made their trip from Berlin-Köpenick to the Rhine metropolis.
Sadly without any Ultras, since both Ultra-groups of Cologne and Union decided to stay away from the game. What could have been one of the most electric atmospheres in a Bundesliga match, sadly turned out to be a little settled. That just shows you how much German fans rely on the Ultras.

Never the less, the game had its exciting moments with the goals of Julian Ryerson and Grischa Prömel for Union, and two-times scorer Anthony Modeste, one of the most likable players in the League.
