This is the continution of 2nd Episode of Varanasi Tour. We went to visit Benaras Hindu University. BHU is the largest residential University in Asia. The university is one of the eight public institutions declared as an Institute of Eminence by GOI. We could not visit Kashi Viswanath Mandir of BHU as it was closed. I had cold coffee from Om Cafe for Rs 40, just outside the Mandir Complex. I couldn't visit Manikarnika Ghat as its gates got closed as the CM was coming to visit the Mandir Complex. I then went to Assi Ghat by 5.30. . There I saw the world famous Ganga Aarti from the best seat possible. You all can see the Ganga Aaarti from boats also. After the aarti I went back to Gowdhalia and called it a day.
