The FBI is concerned about the latest iPhone iOS 16.2 update. Apple released a feature which allow you to activate more end-to-end encryption to more iCloud Data. However this will make it much more difficult for the FBI to get access to data on iPhones with iOS 162 which they obviously need for certain investigations. So it is fbi vs iPhone.
