Bud Cummins was at a U.S. House Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government regarding the fatal ATF raid of Bryan Malinowski's home in Little Rock. Malinowski during the raid would shoot at an ATF agent who returned fire and fatally struck Malinowski, according to officials.
