Raja, a happy go lucky guy, is the adopted son of Florence Joyner, the widow of a criminal. He falls in love with a pretty girl called Priya. When Priya takes him to meet her elder brother, Inspector Vijay Chauhan, he exposes Rajas Fathers criminal background. In a matter of few days Raja gets framed for the murder of Prof. Verma, his teacher. Inspector Chauhan leaves no stone unturned to establish him as a criminal. Will Raja be able to prove his innocence?
