If you want to get more views on your YouTube videos, there is a formula that every successful person on YouTube deploys whenever they want to get more views fast: the F.R.O.G. formula.

Before going into the nitty-gritty of the F.R.O.G. formula to get more views on YouTube, you need to understand that the majority of the views on your videos will come from Suggested Videos section (about 3/4 of the total views) and the rest from the YouTube Search (YouTube SEO) section (about 1/4 of the total views), as I explain in this video.

The first step to get more views on YouTube is to find keywords that have a certain monthly search volume and then find the existing videos for that particular keyword that are getting a high consistent number of views every day. The higher the monthly search volume and the more views your competitors’ videos are getting, the more views your videos can potentially get.

✅ R = RECORD
Once you know what keyword you want to do the video about, it’s time to watch your competitors’ videos on that keyword and create something that is better in terms of content and longer in terms of time. YouTube promotes videos that keep the users on the platform, so if you want to get more views on your videos you have to make sure your watch time is as high as possible.

✅ O = OPTIMIZE
After recording your video, it’s now time to optimize it in order to get more views on YouTube. The optimization will have to be made on the Title, Description, Tags and the video itself as I explain in details in this video. A great optimization is the difference between videos that get a lot of views and videos that get only a limited number views on YouTube.

✅ G = GROW
In order to get more views on YouTube fast, it’s now time to distribute your video on different channels and make sure your Thumbnail is designed to get a high CTR that will lead to more clicks, thus to more views.
