Blake Lively says she's only had four boyfriends! Hi there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw, and we're taking a look at the four guys who've won the Gossip Girl's heart in today's PopSugar Rush.

Blake Lively is an Elle cover girl! The actress poses for this month's issue, heating things up with a sexy inside photo, but she's also revealing details about her love life — a topic that the actress normally keeps fairly quiet about. Blake tells the mag:

"I've had four boyfriends in my whole life. I've never been with anyone that's not my boyfriend."

So who are the four lucky guys? PopSugar editor Lauren Turner is here to help us run through Blake's little black book.

First up, there's Kelly Blatz.

Kelly was reportedly Blake's first love, and he was the guy who really saw her rise to fame. He accompanied her to the premiere Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and she was even his date to Prom.

Kelly himself is an actor, most recently having starred on the now-cancelled TV series Glory Daze, but they went their separate ways in 2007. Which brings us to Blake's next guy: her Gossip Girl costar, Penn Badgley.

Blake and Penn were linked in 2007 after starting work together on the set of Gossip Girl, but they actually met each other way before that when they were still in grade school.

Blake and Penn broke it off in late 2010, and Blake stayed single for several months before being spotted with Leonardo DiCaprio.

Blake and Leo were one of last Summer's hottest celebrity romances. They were all over the globe, spending nights out in Italy holding hands, and back here in the states in New York and LA. But they called it quits in October.

Which brings us to Blake's current love: Ryan Reynolds.

Blake and Ryan starred in last Summer's Green Lantern together, but they didn't start seeing each other until last Fall — they even spent the holidays with each other's families, and it seems they're still going strong.

But even though the couple has bonded quickly, Blake says you can't believe everything you read in the tabloids. As for the rumors about Blake buying an apartment in NYC with Ryan, she tells Elle:

"Newspapers say a lot of stuff, don't they? Though I wish I could afford half the places that I hear I'm looking at. Sign me up!"
