What do you associate with being an ultimate alpha male? Alpha says that the modern-day alpha male needs to be redefined with a different set of skills.

Skills of Today's ULTIMATE Alpha Male

1. Hard-working. A man that busts his and gets his hands dirty.

2. Figures things out.

3. Social savages. They possess amazing people skills and go out of their way to engage people, communicate, ask questions, and listen. Nonverbal skills are just as important as what's coming out of your mouth. It's about body language, eye contact, handshakes, and smiling.

4. Leaders. They Inspire others actions by sharing their ideas and values. Simon Sinek was featured in a Skillshare class http://skl.sh/alpha5 that Aaron recently took and is the latest leader that he really is inspired by. Sinek's class reignited Alpha's leadership interest. Alpha learns from those who have been there and done that, rather than those who read about it and regurgitate.

5. Ambitious, has goals and dreams, and a bigger purpose in life.

6. Challenge themselves physically, emotionally, and intellectually. They push themselves out of their comfort zone, and they get out of ruts by pushing boundaries. They seek information.

7. Quiets the 'can't voice'. This aspect is the most difficult for outfit to master; in fact, Alpha is still trying to master at the ability to quiet the voice that is telling you that you can't. Whether it's telling you you're not good enough, not strong enough, or not smart enough, if you can't quiet that 'can't voice', you won't succeed as you'll always be worried about the potential outcome. You have to shut up the 'can't voice'.

You have to realize you're incredibly powerful and you can do anything you absolutely want.
