Hey everyone, I’m Katelyn, a 30-year-old from New York City. The past few years have been crazy for most of us, and I’m no exception. During Covid, I gained around 50lbs, my food cravings got worse, I had trouble sleeping, and I completely lost my motivation for exercising. That was a huge struggle since I’ve been into sports for most of my life. So, when I got the opportunity to start my weight loss and running journey with the Joggo app, I took it. And during these 3 months, I’ve not only lost 12lbs, but I also gained a new perspective on running, healthy eating, and my lifestyle.
