This bike features automatic incline, decline, and resistance adjustments that are specific to each trainer-led workout that is loaded into the touchscreen monitor. The 22-inch display can tilt to your comfort, and it rotates 360 degrees, so you can hop off the bike and join one of the many strength training or yoga classes that are available from iFit.
