We live in a world obsessed with diets & lifestyle, yet suffering and dying earlier from lifestyle diseases. In a world, where we care more about the health of our cars than our own health.
What if every person on this planet could predict the future of their own health & take proactive personalized action decades before a disease arises?

Health-tech entrepreneur George Hadjigeorgiou, founder of ZOE, suggests that we have a right to understand the way our body works so we can make our own decisions about how to eat and live; and by doing that we can each gain 10 extra years of a healthy life, 10 extra years of living life. George co-founded ZOE with a mission to improve the health of millions; by moving the world from calorie counting and foods that poison our health to the truth of personalized advice based on how food affects our bodies and health. And with science that gets better & better with every member and more data.

Previously CEO of HouseTrip (acquired by TripAdvisor) and co-founder of efood (acquired by Delivery Hero), one of the leading food delivery platforms in Europe. George studied Mechanical Engineering at Tufts & MIT. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
