🤔 Are you looking for an area to relocate to? Do you want to have access to amenities, facilities, schools for your children, hospitals and restaurants with an excellent quality of life? Thao Dien is one of the favourite neighbourhoods for expats living in Saigon because they find everything they need in one place : restaurants, bars to go out in the evening, small cafes, shopping malls, as well as many facilities if you have children (international schools, hospitals, doctors), nurseries, sports centres to practice activities with your children. A neighbourhood on the border between the standards that some people look for in order to enjoy convenience, easy to settle in to achieve an excellent quality of life. 🎥 In this video we show you some of the most mythical corners of this neighbourhood: we take the motorbike for a ride during the day and at night, we show you the most popular streets in other quieter places. We then ride around with my friend to show you a condominium, villas and the facilities (supermarket and shopping centre) then we end up in a coffee shop with a super nice garden so you can see that you can have a good quality of life in Vietnam. I ask my friend, who knows the real estate market in this region well, what she thinks of the dynamism, the soaring prices that have taken place in recent years and the projects to come, to find out how she feels about investment opportunities from an investor's point of view. ➡️ Here is the plan of the video for you to jump to all the parts : 0:00 Life in Vietnam as an expat in Ho Chi Minh City 0:48 Motorcycle tour to show you: bars, cafes, international schools 1:30 International schools: primary, secondary, junior high and high schools 2:00 Condominium flats or villas for accommodation 2:55 Where to live: close to amenities, schools, shopping centres 6:00 Example of a condominium for expatriates: location, metro, future projects 8:03 Rising property prices and potential for investors 10:33 Upcoming project by the same real estate developer in An Phu 12:30 Vincom Shopping Centre: what does it look like in Vietnam? 13:30 Expatriates and Vietnamese buy at the supermarket 14:39 Coffee in front of the river: nice typical coffee shop of Thao Dien I have a question for you, leave me your comment on this video and tell me if this is the kind of neighbourhood you want to live in in Vietnam?
