35 MINUTE KILLER CARDIO HIIT - Ok Movers, this was probably the hardest cardio hiit I've done in a while!! The format in the first round is sooo fast! I do suggest you ensure that everything is set up before you start. Have a look at all the exercises because the transition is only 10 seconds. There are a few strength moves in here too, like pushups, BUT, combined with a bear HOP, so you won't stop moving the entire 35 minutes! Format: 10 Cardio Exercises
Round 1: 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Round 2: 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Round 3: 60 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Warm up and cool down included
You will need: mat, box or bench (optional)
10 Exercises:
Burpee Abductor Jump
Frog Jacks
2 Jabs, Jack
4 Windmills Army Roll
Burpee Box jump (or just burpee if no box)
Pushup Bear Hop
Side to Side Frog Squat Shuffle
Bear plank to Low Squat
Split Stance Jump
In-N-Out Fast Feet
