1. Make sure you have the Tempest Lvl 2 challenge activated.

2. Go into settings, change "Damaged received" option to "Increased". This will make it so enemies hit you harder than normally.

3. Find one of the mutants on the map, save before you engage in case it doesn't work.

4. Kill the enemies till only the mini boss is left. And attack him until he's only got enough health to be killed with one blow from a Surge Attack.

5. Once he's low health, stop attacking and let him attack you till Cuff's defense is broken.

6. As soon as Cuff can no longer protect you and your health is drastically low, use Tempest. Killing the enemy should trigger the completion of the activity.
