Tai Chi - Fa Jing. This example of Chinese Fa Jing or sometimes called "Fa Jin" is from Chen Tai Chi and a move we call "Double Cannon Fist". Try doing 100 per side on you own! You want to feel as though your entire body is sneezing. You could also feel as though you just got out of the shower and you are trying to shake all the water off you body. During Fa Jing, you want to create so much force on your own body that an opponents strikes are trivial in comparison! Tai Chi Fa Jing is commonly found in Chen Style Tai Chi and Xing Yi Quan!
