This is a case of Recurrent Fissure-in-ano (Anal Fissure) along with Thrombosed Hemorrhoids. He was treated with Laser Sphincterotomy and Laser Hemorrhoidopexy using Leonardo Laser. The use of Laser has the advantage of providing quick, safe and extremely effective treatment. As against other treatments, Laser does not cause incontinence if done correctly.
