We all get headaches, and there are a myriad of ways to treat them. In today's video I'm covering how to get rid of headaches through acupressure. Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique that is mostly used in combination with acupuncture. It is based on the concept of life energy which flows through your body. We won’t touch on acupuncture today, but I do want to share with you three acupressure points that can help with headaches and migraines. If these pressure points help your headaches, great! But if they don't we recommend digging deeper and finding the root cause and vising a chiropractor for help.
