Dumbo Brooklyn New York with rain and thunder sounds for sleeping, I have also added animated steam, fog, rain and surface droplets to bring the photo to life. With Authentic New York city sounds, rain and thunder I hope this really helps sell the ambience. I also rendered out my own animated flags/banners using Unreal Engine 4 to this photo to give it a bit more life.
