We are training supersets style to help us increase muscle definition and strength! BACK, BICEPS, & CORE WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES MUSCLES TARGETED: WORKING IT ALL!!! EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 40lbs / 4.5 - 18kg - EXERCISE MAT OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT - EXERCISE BOX OR BENCH, YOU CAN ALSO USE A STURDY CHAIR! STRUCTURE 7 TOTAL SUPERSETS 2 TIMES THROUGH EACH WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 35 SECONDS EXERCISES - BICEP CURLS/ HAMMER CURLS - SEATED SINGLE ARM CONCENTRATION CURLS/ SWITCH SIDES - WIDE (SUPINE) CURLS/ NARROW GRIP (DUMBBELL LANDMINE) ROW - SINGLE ARM ROW/ SWITCH SIDES - PULLOVER/ RENEGADE ROWS - PLANK DUMBBELL PULL-THROUGH/ DUMBBELL EXTEND AND CRUNCH - STANDING DUMBBELL SIDE BEND/ SWITCH SIDES I am so glad you joined me for this workout!
