Omer Bartov, professor of history, delivers the 250th Opening Convocation address to the campus community, including new undergraduate, graduate, and medical school students beginning their studies at Brown in 2013. The ceremony takes place at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, on the College Green. Dr. Bartov is introduced by Brown President Christina Paxson.
