Today's Workout: Jump Rope & Push Up Workout

Location: Autzen Stadium - Eugene, Oregon

20 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce
20 seconds - regular push ups (modification: knee push ups)
20 seconds - jump rope - run in place
20 seconds - single leg push ups (modification: knee push ups)
20 seconds - jump rope - front straddle
20 seconds - tricep push ups (modification: knee push ups)
20 seconds - jump rope - side straddle
20 seconds - wide push ups (modification: knee push ups)
*10 seconds rest between exercises
**Repeat circuit 3-5x (3 for beginner, 5 for advanced)
***Rest 1 minute between circuits
