The continuing debate between economic redevelopment and historic preservation in an area designated one of the most endangered historic sites in 2014 by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. One segment in the upcoming documentary Preserving Virginia: The Future of History, which premieres on Maryland Public Television in March 25, 2015.
