Today we launched UNBOXED, our unmanned, 24/7 pop-up store. A first of its kind shopping space in Singapore.

Our video-assisted self-serve kiosks enable customers to sign up for mobile plans, instantly collect their new phones and popular accessories like headphones and phone cases from SingPost PopStation lockers within the store. You’ll also be able to pay for bills, top up prepaid cards and replace your SIM cards at the store. Our roving live bot will take care of any service queries you might have.

UNBOXED is currently situated in the CBD at 20 Pickering Street and will move to new locations every few months to serve high-traffic areas such as transport hubs and school campuses. So keep a lookout for it in the coming months!
