"El Chapo" verdict: Joaquín Guzmán found guilty on all counts

Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán is likely to spend 23 hours a day in a high-security prison cell for the rest of his life. On Tuesday, a jury in New York convicted Guzmán on all 10 counts of a federal indictment, including engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise, drug trafficking and money laundering.
