Two huge earthquakes measuring 7.3 and 6.9 on the Richter scale hit Nepal today within a difference of 30 minutes - the first one struck at 12:35 pm and the second one just after 1 pm. Two smaller quakes of 5.4 and 4.8 magnitude were also recorded.
