It is after Blair know that Serena have sex with Nate.
Blair and Nate are Together but it`s going not so well.
One Night she drive with chuck in his Limo and she have sex with him.
For Blair was that an One Night Stand but Chuck fell in love with Blair.
So he won`t Blair for himselfe and as he know that Blair has still a relationship with Nate
he decide to fight for her.
He tells her that he don`t let her go and Blair tells Nate that she has sex with Chuck.
Nate and chuck have a Battle and Nate break up with Blair.
Blair is sad but Chuck think that he could be together with Blair.
But she can`t do this. It´s to much for her and she tells him that he must let her go.
