1. Stand on your left leg with the thera-band around the outside of your right foot
2. Keeping your pelvis level, move your right leg out to the side leading with your heel and without leaning to the side
3. Keep your standing leg slightly bent at the knee
4. Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions each leg
