Grab your dumbbells and get ready for a fun and quick FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING HOME workout. Today's routine includes a 5 minute dynamic warm up followed by 13 NO REPEAT SUPERSET CIRCUITS. Today's superset format pairs two same muscle exercises which are performed 30 seconds each with no rest. The workout has been split into 3 parts: 4 lower body, 5 upper body, and 4 ab circuits.
The workout pack a lot into 30 minutes, so get ready to SWEAT. Enjoy a 5 minute post workout stretch to help with muscle recovery.
