The year 2023 marks the Dole Institute’s 20th Anniversary and 100 years since the birth of renowned Kansan, veteran, legislator and statesman, Senator Bob Dole. The Dole Institute, along with our generous corporate and individual sponsors, is producing a months-long celebration in honor of Senator Dole’s legacy.

Visit the Dole Institute now through July 22 to watch world-renowned Kansas native artist Stan Herd create a tribute earthwork of Senator Dole on our grounds. Students from communities across Kansas are contributing their own art which will be sealed onto tiles and incorporated into the final design.
