Breakdown:
In this video we break down the two on one tilt. This is a really great tilt you can use to secure you back points in a tight situation.

All video is sourced from IHSA Referee Nima Gharavi who has given us permission to use his videos. His link is nimavideo.com and he is a monetized youtuber . All the videos are shot by him. Also, all athletes in IHSA are allowed to be filmed due to nfhs rulebook article 3 that states that "Video recording of athletes is authorized unless prohibited by the state highschool association". Since the IHSA, the state association where the matches are filmed only prohibits athletes being recorded at the STATE tournament all other matches are allowed to be recorded. What we do is take these matches and either break them down so other wrestlers can learn from them or use these videos as background highlights while we talk about wrestling thus fitting the guide lines for not reused content.
