Diabetes medication Ozempic is being widely hailed as a miracle weight-loss drug. Talk show host Chelsea Handler says many of her well-known Hollywood pals are using it. However, Ozempic is not approved as a weight-loss drug. It's prescribed for diabetes patients to bring down their blood sugar. There are also serious potential side effects including nausea, inflammation of the pancreas and kidney failure.
