President Cyril Ramaphosa has told the media that Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy have agreed to receive a group of African leaders to discuss a potential peace plan for the conflict. Ramaphosa held a joint media briefing with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Meanwhile, The Chief of the SA Army, Lieutenant-General Lawrence Mbatha, is in Moscow for talks with the Russian military. The meeting is taking place just days after Washington accused Pretoria of secretly supplying arms to Moscow. Dasha Chernyshova has more from Moscow.
