It doesn’t matter how big or small your development project, one of the first considerations when purchasing said property is the ACCESS to/from the site and to/from the finished build.

Examples of what to consider:

You may need to submit to council a construction traffic management plan, which could take months to approve. Do you have a planning consultant on your team?

Do you have a Construction Management Plan in place to accommodate and inform surrounding residents of road closures due to your machinery / noise plans / warnings of dust? How about securing your site during off-hours? Have you considered placing ALL contact information as signage on the site gates?

Pedestrian access (are there pavements allowing for a safe pedestrian route for both residents/tenants and visitors/deliveries?
