STRONG BACK & BICEPS × 30 MIN Dumbbell AT Home Workout

Grab your dumbbells and hit this 30 minute back and biceps strength workout!

For this back workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat.

The dumbbells I am using for your reference is 10.5kg for the back and one 7.5kg for the biceps!

This workout focuses on strength. Try to focus on that mind-muscle connection and work at a nice and slow pace. Feel that contraction in your muscles and let them do the work.

We will be only doing a 4 different exercises, but the combination of these will have your muscles working!
