In this lecture, I have discussed Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) strategy with its advantage and disadvantages. In fact, this is highly promising to store excess energy and its utilization at time of requirement. Additionally, it is not associated chemical pollution like lithium ion batteries. It could be a potential substitute of lithium ion battery for large amount of energy storage.
