HITMAN 3 ALL KILLS Compilation for the Dubai, On Top Of The World mission located in the UAE. On Top Of The World is a first mission in HITMAN 3 where we have to eliminate two of the three Providence Partners - Carl Ingram and Markus Stuyvesant. Stuyvesant roams freely n the public areas, sometimes going the restricted Staff areas in the Art Exhibition area where Tech or Security disguises might be handy to use. Carl Ingram however, moves only around a restricted area in Penthouse where only Elite Guards and Penthouse Staff are allowed to move freely. To make things a little bit harder there, there are also a lot of enforcers around, do not pick up a Bodyguard disguise because Carl can see through it (obvious, it's his personal bodyguards). Most of the elimination present in a mission are for a single target, except these where you must activate an evacuation protocol. Both of targets will have to evacuate from the top of the building with parachutes - of course, you can tamper both of them using a kitchen knife. This is also a nice one because you just from that moment have to wait for their elimination, simply finding a good exit point for you to use.
