He misses an easy penalty and drop goal in the first half, another penalty in the second half. And then after a try in the last minute from Ryan Cross, he is presented with the chance to win the match for Australia, but again misses.

Giteau was man of the match in the next match against Wales, but the following year in 2010 he again struggled with kicking duties and was dropped in 2011 after a loss against Samoa, and now plays in France for Toulon. His international career seemingly over.
